Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of New Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Jurisdiction of New Delhi. The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of New Delhi.
